I have purchased a sony bravia 32 inches lcd tv model series ex300 6 yrs old and recently i have observed there are a lot of wrinkles on the lcd screen. Also there is some foul odour coming from the lcd panel. Considering the brand value of sony which is one of the top brands globally i need sony to check the issue with my tv on high priority and resolve it at the earliest. +1 photos Was this information helpful? Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Pls update the status of my complaint.
