Sir, i purchased your sony bravia tv of 32. Which has panel problem and i given my tv to service center on 13th of may 2017, they had took time of 3 weeks an told me this will replacement of new tv with same features, because this product panel is out of order, so we will replace new sony bravia. Before this they only fund problem and committed me it will replace, because panel is warranty of two years. And till the day i could not get any statues of that, only thing they told me, we had sent a mail to sony india and we did not get any reply from your side, so kindly help me this. Last one month i did not have tv in home. I believed sony is world class brand, but looking of this service and reading of all complaints i really very bad impression about this, Was this information helpful? |
