I would like to introduce myself as die hard Sony Customer. I had purchased a Sony 50" Bravia LED TV 3.5 years before. After purchasing and installing, the mother board got failed in 1st week itself which was changed under warranty. Now after 3.5 years my TV developed green vertical lines in screen. I had registered the complaint with Daksha Sony service - Pondicherry. The service person after inspection had told that the T Board got failed and the same need to be replaced (Rs 13000 including tax) and ordered for the board. After 1 week new board was received and fixed but the problem remained same. On asking the service person he replied that even the new board also would have got problem and one more new board need to be ordered. I had contacted Daksha service center and they had told that new board has been ordered. Since there was no reply for more than 2 days, I approached the dealer and contacted the service center through them and I am shocked to hear that the display need to be changed (Rs 27800 + tax). I am asking only one question to Sony- after spending Rs 1.1 lakhs for purchasing sony TV within 4 years why the display has failed in spite of having a good V Guard stabilizer. Whether Sony had lost track of customer satisfaction, is there any qualified hierarchy in Sony, are you employing any qualified engineers or you are employing uneducated ###. I kindly request Sony corporation to discontinue their business instead of torturing their die hard customers. Is there any CEO in Sony who is getting salary for producing a nasty product which is failing within 4 years. Was this information helpful? | |||
