I hv bought led tv sony bravia on 16.2.2016
Uddenly it's stop working on 30/7/2016
I hv lodge complaint and their engineer came chkd n he one part to be
Replace which will be done within 4/5 days
From 1st aug i am contacting their customer service they were saying
It's under process tdy i spk to them firmly they said part is not available in
India so they hv to get from abroad then only my tv will be repair
When exactly they will get part they don't know
I hv sent them many email asking replace with new tv since they do not have
Parts but no one reply and customer service standard reply under process
Ince part is not available why we should suffer my tv down from 30/7
