I have purchased Sony bravia tv 1and half year ago which is of 70k cost. Just after 6months of purchase suddenly while watching it went blank. After raising a complaint, the technician came and told it was motherboard problem and as it is in warranty the motherboard was replaced free of cost. But again after 1year there was again same motherboard problem. Again it is not working. But this time it costed Rs7500 and the technician told that they won't give bill for that. And the warranty for that motherboard is for 3months. Again after 3months if it doesn't work we need to pay another Rs7500. We go by brand but it is the worst brand I have seen and the technicians are worst. They doesn't give proper reply. They even won't give the bill for the money we have paid. And who knows they have given the genuine product. Sony products are worst. They doesn't work atleast 1year. Don't waste your money by buying sony products.
