Sony India — sony bravia recurring problem | |||
On 26th of jan 2016, i bought a sony bravia tv (Model kd-49x8500b). And on 15th of july 2017, i faced an issue with the tv display. When i gave my tv to the sony service center, they said that there was a defect it panel and board and i got it repaired paying a huge amount on it. And now, 19th of this month, the same issue recurred. (Display issue again). So the thing is i can`t pay a huge amount on the repair every 3-4 months. I need want it replaced. I have given a product for repair at don't service center in indoor new palasia they told me that it will repair in 1 month but they have tooked 3 months and then air they are saying it will take more time and energy gives me a estimate of 3000 rupees afterwards they are saying that it will take 15000 rs and i buy the product only in 14000rs
