Sony India — Sony Bravia TV chipset problem | |||
HI, I have got a new Sony Bravia TV W56D and facing issues with frequent turn off TV every 1:30 hours. I have complained to the customer care([protected]) and I was being told that the chipset has to be replaced. But there's no other action done since 30+days. First complaint was registered on April 23rd. Later on i did n number of calls and no luck. Please look into this and do not further waste consumer time. Still no service from the company in case of installation of my led tv instead i want my tv set up in my home as soon as posible
