Sir i purchased sony home theatre 07/10/2017 sony dav dz 350 dvd home theatre
Yesterday10/10/2017 installation &demo finished
But your staff not usb play video demo
Reason for our pen drive video is not supported this device then no demo for usb videos.
So i download mp4 videos in website but video not supported usb drive showing display words "video format not supported"
I called customer service but no responsibility answer
Please re demo this product
