Dear sir.
I would like to bring in your kind knowledge that I have purchased SONY home theater last year April 2013” from Dass Refrigeration (Sony center) at Kalka ji New Delhi. From the beginning I start facing the trouble related to sound quality (Distorted sound), & some of the functions were not working properly also one of the speaker found damage while unpacked the system.
System Details is as follow:-
• Model no. DAV DZ340K/CE12
• Serial no. 6172614
• Invoice no. 032151
• Date of sale. 17/04/2013
Therefore immediately i bring this concern into notice through provided helpline no.’s (customer care department) & I must appreciate they act very promptly and an immediate home visit get arranged against my complaint to inspect the system.
During the visit service engineer inspected the system and admitted the problem/concern.
After the inspection he replied that “ as I am not carrying the related Parts therefore I will come again with required parts” but till now nobody has turned back.
Even after complaining multiple times I haven’t got any responsive reply which is not acceptable for me.
Now I feel cheated & harassed therefore no other option left in front of me instead of going consumer forum.
You can take this letter as last intimation from my side, again I would request you to kindly reply against this concern.
