Sir, i am sam from ernakulam.I have bought a sony headset from lulu connect on 7/05/2015.After 3 months(26/08/2015) a problem arised that one of the ear is not hearing and we contact the service centre and they replaced the item.Then after a 7 month the same problem arised and we met with the service center.They r not willing to do any service for the item.since the item is damaged by few days from the date of waranty period they will not replace it.
The company is giving 1year of warranty and the item does not even last for the period u mention.We are not satisfied with the quality of sony products.The headsets of same categories of other brands are more durable cimpared to this.Now we are ashammed of been bying the sony products.
The service centres are provided for servicing, we are not getting the service from there.So from where should we have to get the service.
So provide the service or we have to get replaced of the current item.
