I have attached a proof that it took Sony more than 6 months to respond to my Issue,
I am really a big Sony fanboy, but when it comes to their service it is very disappointing.
I had issues with My Xperia Z1 and I had given my phone on the 29th of July 2014 and I don't get a proper response and since I did not get a proper response I had to somehow purchase a New phone and I tried to contact Sony many times letting them know that I don't need the device and requested a refund for the same because I waited for a very long time and still there was no response.
So I got another phone and now all that I needed was a refund and that is all, later i get a call from Sony asking me to come and collect my Phone, I was really infuriating and I explained the whole incident to the person who called me and finally he tell me you can keep both the phone, here I am expecting for a refund and this guy tells me to keep both the phones, may be they don't have the value for their customers Money even their product that is why they offer such atrocious Service,
I had me lawyer send them a notice requesting for 100% refund and Compensation on the same.
Please help me with the Issue if nothing can be done I am going to the Media...
