My complain is regarding the installation delay for my hometheatre system.
Feb 18th i raised request for installation id 45811719
One technician came 19th night.
I had done all the internal wiring inside the wall so that the wiring will not seen outside.
I told the technician to cut the sony provide wire and connected to the wire am provided through the wall.
He said it will affect the warranty.
So i told i dont need warranty, please do the work. But he didint do the work and he left. His name is sai. Phn num:- [protected]
Next day again i callled customer care and i told all these things and they gave one number and told to call [protected].
I called many times and finally they answered and gave me a tecnician number and i called him. He told me he will come by 8pm. I waited till 9pm and called around 10 times. He didnt come.
Today again i called customer care and they are telling my service request is cancelled by someone and registered again today id45857537.
I dont know anyone will come and do the installaton.
I am very much irritated with the service by sony. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? |
