Have bought a sony 55" oled tv on 27th oct'18, delivered on 28th oct'18 and installed on 30th oct'18.

Post installation i have realized that the product that was delivered and
Installed was a damaged product. It worked for a day and the display screen
Stopped working.
Have raised a complaint with service request id[protected] on 4th nov'18,
The service engineer visited and till today there is no response. Do not
Understand the reason for the delay.
Request the concerned department/ individual to treat this on priority and
