Service request id 43376554 is assigned but not yet provide any engineer/tech. There are three times reminder for complain in sony customer care but not take any actions. Customer care person says every time about my complain "today/tomorrow resolved your problem, but action are display. Customer care assigned ultra care 21-23 & 26, samvet shikhar complex, db city corporate park, rajbandha maidan, ge road raipur. No any action are taken by ultra care. Worst sony service ever ... I bought blueray home theater already 7r8 days over but ... they didn't came 2 give a demo and not fitted .. just I'm roaming 2 home and sony service centre to send a service boy they tlng today evng tomorrow mrng lyk that ...😠😠😠...service request I'd 43467154
