Below is the detail of my problem.
Sony is cheating with me and their customer care centre is not reachable over phone. Sony has not replaced my led panel and offering me just 25% discount on mrp of new sony tv which is not acceptable.
Please help me in sorting out this issue and get proper justice, below is the detail mail chain

I was suppose to get the decision from your side on this matter by yesterday as promised by your customer centre representative.
Could you please let us know you conclusion on this matter from your senior management.
Sorry to say but i was treated like a begger who was following up one sided for a quite long time.
This is the worst behaviour i am experiencing from a branded company like sony.

Offering just 5% discount on a set which was under warranty 2 years ago is like a big joke to me. I want this to be escalated to the top most level and need quick resolution on this. Please provide other alternative like
1. You can take the tv set from my house and provide me 25% of it's purchase cost in amount.
2. You can also provide me a coupon code which i can apply on the selling price from any distributor and get 25% discount on the selling price and not on the mrp
3. You can also provide me option for atleast 40% discount on the mrp.
4. Provide my 8 yrs of extended warrenty on all the parts +25% discount on mrp.
Any of these option will be reasonable to me and i need it by end of aug 2018.
Your 25% offer on mrp i can accept, if my tv's life was more than 10 years. But it was the latest technology 5 yrs ago and while selling the tv your sales person convinced me with the brand value, support and parts availability.
That has proven wrong and sony brand value which i can trust blindly, i lost that faith. I will go to consumer court if i will not get justice from your senior management. I think sony value it's product, customer first policy and its brand, so i still believe that situation will not arise and you will provide me with some offer which sounds reasonable to me.
