I bought LED Tv model number 41B from Nandilath G Mart Trivandrumm branch on 9/9/2014.The TV is not working and I made a complaint using ur toll free number and I got a register number 21071614.and in your message you informed that my request id is assigned to Madona sales and service Trivandrum.Accordingly I contacted them but till now no response is recieved from them even after my repeated request there response is very dissappointing.This type of response from your service sector may harm your reputation.kindly consider my request.and do the needful.
