It has been 3 days since I bought Sony LED tv and I have been told that a ticket 30004255 for installing it has been raised. But there is no proper response. Everyday I have been receiving phone calls from Sony representative that they will come but to only get disappointed. I am thinking May be I made a wrong decision choosing Sony. Why do I have to waste my time and money to buy a TV and put it in a corner of my house. Very unsatisfactory service from sony.
