Sony India — Sony Led TV installation still pending from 18 june

Dear Sony wuld like to raise a complaint against ur services.I mangesh Shinde have been purchaed a Led TV on 18th of June frm chroma vashi Navi Mumbai and ur people still not come for installation of TV and already lodged complaint to chroma bt still didnt get solution..and its very bad experience, so would like to return ur product.Every day I have to take follow up then after there is no solution.Pls same product take back n refund my tv cost dont want associate with u..mo no.[protected]
