Sony India — Sony led tv screen defect, display problem

We have purchased sony led tv model kdl-46ex520 purchased. Since last few weeks we are finding some problem in viewing picture, i. E no clarity picture blurring. One representative from khammam visited and said display panel problem. We were told at the time tv purchase that there will be no problem for 10000 hours. Hardly we have viewed tv for 4000 hours, but problems started in viewing tv. Please let me get a qualified service engineer, who can diagnose correct problem of tv. Thanking you.
