Sony India — Sony liv games

I have complained but no action is taken they are saying all amount is credited but no amount is credited for my account this is very bad from Sony India we are playing games day and night but some money is crediting and 75 percent money is not crediting I have proofs when we submit them not even single rupee is crediting in January 2 to 9, 155 rs was not credited and from February 5 to 6 games was not credited.please solve the issue thank you.
