[Resolved] Sony India — sony liv premium subscription - unable to sign in despite having paid membership

Hi,
I am a premium subscriber to sony liv through my e-mail address: [protected]@gmail.com and on my registered mobile number:[protected], and i regularly use sonyliv to stream sports content. However i have been unable to sign in to my account for the past month. E-mails to [protected]@setindia.com and to [protected]@setindia.com have gone unanswered.

Oddly enough, there is no error message, but the interface simply freezes even after i have typed in my credentials. Please look into this issue promptly.

Battery cell of Sony Bravia led tv model no. Kd43-7500F purchased on 5/8/2018 consume frequently, replaced most costly battery cell to perform the remote better but the problem remain same.
