My tv is in warranty and the service center people have kept it for almost 1.5 months and i don't have any update about it. Even the customer care is not responding for this. Worst service i have ever seen. I must say never buy sony products. We have been calling customer care everyday but no response. Quality of tv that is of 60k is so bad that it's not an year and it's not working properly.
Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had been playing KBC play along from the start and was ranked 9th in my city. Suddenly on 1st October when I logged in with same mobile number and email id my points disappeared and the game user name remains the same as Ratan.

Timing on mobile app and tv there are lot of difference in timings viz. timings on kbc mobile is giving 10 -15 seconds instead timings on tv is giving 45-60 seconds for question in prize of rupees 1, 000 to 3, 20, 000.Request to give the same time on mobile also as on tv.because of that difference the customers are facing loss of prize.

    Pls see below trail of events
    14th of september - complain raised
    15th of september - technician visited to see and charge inr 236 rs
    17th september - tv was picked up. I was committed that in 2 days, it will be repaired

    There was constant back and forth and no closure on tentative charges and finally i had to visit authorized service center in gurgaon - where they asked me to pay full amount in as estimate which is 7900. I refused as they had kept tv for 10 days and said i will not pay till the time i have a clarity. I was told part will be ordered one token is paid - why was this not conveyed in any of the two previous visits??

    Now the service center is sitting with 4000 rs & tv and not able to order the part and offering me exchange and further delaying my tv

    It has been almost 20 days i am sitting without a tv, your team could have just refused and there is so much chase up and hassle that is there.

    I am politely requesting you and your team to escalate this query and resolve else i would be forced to go to consumer court with all records of calls and documents as my tv is not with me for over 20 days and money is with you guys. I am stuck with a credit card bill to pay without my service being done and i am liable to sue sony for same - how does this kind of low standard service happen from sony???

    I am happy to resolve the same amicably however i have been hassled by the service center guys already a lot!

      sony liv premium subscription - unable to sign in despite having paid membership

      I am a premium subscriber to sony liv through my e-mail address: [protected]@gmail.com and on my registered mobile number:[protected], and i regularly use sonyliv to stream sports content. However i have been unable to sign in to my account for the past month. E-mails to [protected]@setindia.com and to [protected]@setindia.com have gone unanswered.

      Oddly enough, there is no error message, but the interface...

      I hereby wish to raise my concern regarding my Sony TV(KLV-43W772E) purchased on 3rd July 2018.
      I bought this TV for 44, 999/- Even though price is higher compared to other I bought with a very positive belief towards SONY.
      I purchased on 3rd of July 2018, Installation happened on September 2nd 2018.

      Within a month o[censored]sage I found out few issues in TV & raised to SONY. For the money I paid I expect all the features to be working.
      Its been more than a year I raised my concerns but of no use, I cannot explain in words about the metal agony from past 1 year. Please find the below points

      1.) In my TV YouTube Cast is Not working, I raised multiple complaints to Sony mentioning my concern
      2.) Several Times technician visited house but of no use.
      3.) Couple of times Main board in TV has been replaced. But still Issue is observed.
      4.) No proper response from Sony team for the multiple complaints raised.
      5.) I requested SONY to address my concern or replacement with new TV or refund.

      As there is no response from SONY, and issue is not resolved from 1 Year.
      I request to consider my complaint, For my 1 Year mental agony chasing SONY for no use.

      Kindly help me to process refund of the amount paid.

        Dear sir,
        I purchased a sony bravia led tv of 55 inches in 15 august 2019 from reliance digital, crystal mall, khodiyar colony, jamnagar, gujrat and which was delivered to me after 14 days on 29 aug 19 after so many reminder. On 30 aug 19
        Reliance digital send only one person to install such a big tv, he complete the installation and runaway without giving demo as i don’t have any cable connection. I asked him to check with pen drive but he denied to deliver demo, he said after resuming cable connection inform us we will come and give you demo. On 03 sep 19 i was connected with cable connection then i informed reliance digital to mr. Huzefa vasanwala regarding cable connection restored and to send technician mean while i checked tv, found it is a defective tv delivered to me after getting power on i found tv screen cracked in ‘u’ shape same informed to reliance digital to mr. Further i asked him to replace the tv. Reliance digital to mr. Huzefa vasanwala says he made a mail with sony, it will take 48 hours but after several reminder on 13 sep 19 two technician (Mr sarfaros & mr pandia) from sony service center and sony representative said that reliance has to replace the tv as that was physical damage tv delivered to you by reliance digital you contact with reliance digital to replace it
        I asked reliance digital to replace it. But no action has been taken after several remainders from me. On 20 sep 19, i visited to reliance digital mr. Huzefa vasanwala. He give me assurance he will have mail correspondence with sony and informed me by 26 sep 19. On 26 sep 19, i checked with reliance digital to mr. He asked me to pay 33, 000/- to repair this tv.
        I made complain with sony customer care complain no. 56176067 but no response from sony. Hence i bring this situation to your attention as both companies have good reputation in indian markets. I believe i would get a quick response from you and get it replaced or repaired by service provider.
        I am very disappointed of sony products & reliance digital customer service i will never purchase another sony product. Let this be a warning to all considering a sony. They're junk as after more than 45 days purchasing of a costly tv from reputed company i unable see tv.

          I bought a sony tv 43 inches in the year 2016 oct. From the day it is defective product. From the day i brought many times so many issues. First time when i had a issues some one from sony service center visited and said that panel is gone, since it was under warranty and they changed a new panel. Again there was some issues with in a year the service engineer visited home and said that again panel is gone and said which is cost around 24k.

          When i called a customer care service they simply replied that we can't give guarantee for electronic items since it a electronic device. The product is defective and service is worst, they simple saying that if you want i can send engineer to change panel but can't give guarantee.

          I recommend people to check and buy 10 times before buying this tv. Not only me many peoples are facing the same problem. I recommend sony india to not to sell such defective tv's.

            I have a smart tv sony w66f 2018 model but it's not related to android platform. But i request you to provide services to convert the internal smart tv to android smart tv.               Dear sir/madame,
              As there was a problem with my tv sony bravia the complain was made & the service person from gss quick garage india pvt ltd. Who are authorized person for sony arrived on 11.9.19.
              The sony co informed me that some part needs to be changed & the cost would be approx rs.5100/- for which i had agreed. But till date umpteen no. Of calls are made, but nobody is interested in coming & resolving the issue.
              If this is the attitude of sony, its really sad that a reputed co. Like them behaving with there clients in this manner. There after sales service is not only bad but atrocious. I think they really need to change there service vendor. Neither they call or nor they pick up the phone calls. Its3 weeks i have been calling sony complain centre, they only say we are very sorry. I don't think they understand the meaning of what they are saying. Hope something happends & my problems are solved.

                  I bought the sony bravia 32 inch led tv, model number KLV32R302E in september 2017 .I rarely use it Sometimes, it has never been run once in a long time .I am suddenly seeing red and green shade on its screen. It is difficult to understand why, even after such minimal use .I have another sony bravia 24 inch which has no problem again. Now I want to know how long your pannel warrany is, can I get any benefits? And is it possible to reform? What causes it?The technician came to inspection today and said the display panel had been cut off. And the estimated cost is Rs.[protected] . You surely have to use the system to see how much has been used
                  I was told to buy the product on the panel warranty of 3 years

                      my tv is under repairing at service centre (tanay communication, (shashtri nagar, udhna darwaja branch). I communicate more times now two days ago they said that company has no parts regarding your product so we cant repair it. Then i contact your company for this concern so company demanded original invoice copy for exchange offer. But i regrated to say that i missed bill copy because of my house shifting process.So i request to service centre and company that issu me duplicate copy for solution.But company denied by mail on 24.09.2019 (1:43 pm) and contact to dealer for copy. I contact to dealer but dealer not avaible at the address . Their's neighbor shop holder said that dealer had closed their business 2 year ago.Then i request to service centre for issu duplicate bill because as per record they had taken bill copy for record purpose. And they send copy of bill but they dont keep clear copy for the bill. But as per rules they must kept proper copy of every customer. And company also denied for the same. Now the question is my tv still kept their no received till this date. So please resolve the query at the earliest. And provide copy of bill.Or solve my problem.
                      I attached copy of insurance cord copy and service center's bill copy which was sent by them. Please i strictly said you have to say to all customer service center for kept record properly. Otherwise question for company's reputation. Please look in ti this matter and solve this urgent basis

                        Sony tv model kdl - 47w 800a - location: visakhapatnam

                        We have 47" sony tv which is not receiving power. I have contacted customer care and registered service request on 17th september.

                        On 18th september, the representative from authorized service center visited and informed that the problem is with the circuit board and asked for two days time to get the spare board and test for power input and also display.

                        Since then there is no response from authorized service center. When i have contacted, the response is that the tv is 6 years old and do not have spare board and he cannot commit by what time the tv can be rectified.

                        We cannot spend a lakh of rupees for every five years and some master boards are to be maintained at least for higher value tvs. The tv is six years old and not under warranty. To replace the board, the cost estimate given by the service center is rs.7500/-

                        Our humble request is to arrange for the spare board for testing and if the tv is working, then the service center can place order for the part for which we are ready to pay. Unless the problem is identified, we cannot spend the amount for the spare part. Already 8 days passed and no action has been taken by the service franchisee.

                          I raised a complaint about display, a component named - mounted pwb e-t-con (43ht) has been replaced by sony service agent, costing a bill of 6, 000rs/-.
                          After 6 months again it caused an issue related to display & now sony service agent is advicing us to change the entire mother board, which he estimated a value of 10000rs/- approx.
                          I'm facing regular problems with this product, related to display since warranty has been completed.
                          How can middle class people like us afford these regular problems, for the same issues, being trusting a branded company like sony.
                          I request you to take necessity action related to my product.

                            I brought sony bravia 55 inch (Kd-55x8000g) tv in reliance digital on sep 22 2019, the tv was delivered on sep 23 2019 and the delivery was good, the installation and demo guy called and said he will be there by noon and insisted us to buy a stabilizer which cost around 3650rs. As we had an old stabilizer we didn't want to buy it. Only my father was available in my home and during installation the tv was not fixed proportionally and the right side was hanging a bit. My father didn't notice it and when i arrived home checked it and called him, he said he will come back and fix it. But charges may be applied. Even for that i said ok but he never showed up. I had to fix the issue myself. Why should i pay for the free demo, it was his fault to leave the tv like that. Appropriate actions are required and should be updated.

And we have already told them for the installation. Past several days we are begging sony company to do the installation and still they have not done it.

                              I called customer care for 3 times and also called up sagar finstocks pvt ltd. For several days.

                              Kindly examine the same, the is a total dissatisfaction for a customer towards sony company. This is a humble request to do my tv installation as early as possible.

                                I am purchased a sony led tv (Sony led 32" klv-32r302e ledso77) on date-19/11/2017. With 2years warranty but in september 2019 then my led screen is not work. Then i will register complaint on sony service. Then sony repair service have been came. Then he will picked my led on date-14/09/2019. After picked then a call is coming from service centre then he told me to give rs 8500. But why i will pay? This in not any physical damaged.in my led.

                                    I bought kdl55w800d on 26-may-2016, i was having full trust on sony brand.
                                    Suddenly for last 3 days the tv display completely stopped.

                                    Raised complaint # 56012571, the executive visited and says main board seems to be not working/ software update not possible, and might be problem with tcon board as well.

                                    Main board cost — 10, 500 /-
                                    Tcon board — 15, 000/-

                                    On asking why this failed he says power fluctuation and so stabiliser is needed, i dont understand why did sony made it mandatory clause when i bought the tv to have stabiliser?

                                    He also says, might be we put some colin or water for cleaning which damaged the board, but we did not do anything of that sought.

                                    Please help me urgently on this.. How can this big brand have this cheap board which fails.?

                                      Hi team,

                                      My name is sooraj. This message is in regards to the compliant that i have regarding my so called the best tv - bravia led tv. I have never seen such a pathetic tv like this. Purchase details: date of purchase: 23th august 2014. Purchased in the name of subramanian k v. Model no: bravia klv-32r482b cost: rs. 32900/-. As soon as the warranty period had over, the tv started showing display problems and after few days, the display totally gone.

                                      I went to the authorised service centre in thrissur and i was informed that the display had to replace and will cost around 14k. Initially we didn't agree to the price & i had a back & forth conversation with you guys and finally i was offered 1 year warranty for the panel which will be replaced. We agreed to that, however at that time we didn't have enough money to replace it. Finally in last november, we gave the tv to the authorised service centre in kodungallur, kerala & they kept it around 2 months saying panel is not available and finally in december, they replaced the display for ₹13656/-. But sadly, just after 2 months it started showing the same symptoms of display problems.

                                      Again the people from the service centre came and took the tv for repair and then told some other issues for which we had to pay ₹6000 for replacement. They again kept it for 2 to 3 months and they told everything is fixed. But the tv is still having the same display problems.

                                      Now, we've spent around ₹20000 for repair itself apart from the purchase cost of ₹33000 and the time we lost in getting back the tv from service centre.in this situation, i demand a free replacement of display or taking this tv and give us a new tv as replacement.
