[Resolved]  Sony India — Sony liv subscription

Dear sir/ madam,

I purchased a monthly subscription for sony liv for ₹ 299.00 on 06.03.2022. After payment my subscription has not been activated till date, i have made complains via twitter. They contacted me through that medium. They are asking for payment details and screen shot of my account option in their app for resolution, but till date they are not able to resolve and asking the same details everytime. Please find the required details which they are asking for. Ask them to refund.
