Iwas purchased mobile on[protected]. But Same imei numbers showing in service center sold on march 2015. My mobile given to showroom two months over thay or not return to me, service center people saying garntee not applicble, showroom simply saying take time, How one mobile can two times, with same imei no, Now like to move cunsumer forum, 1. Phone damaged 2. Cheating of sale 3. They kept mobile service center with out repair, 4. Why insulting custmer over purchasing 5. Two months 5days waiting. Was this information helpful? | |||
Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 13, 2017 Paruchuri Sivaramakrishna's response We purchased sony bravia on dated: 26th june-2017 and recently we wre facing the issue that regular switching off the device. when we connect pendrive or while watching set up box channels the device is switching off at regular intervals.so, please kindly restore the same as early as possible | |||
