Sir, i am k. C. Anil kumar last 13.03.20117 morning i gave my mobile z5 model no. E6883 to m/s. Madona sevice centre, vytilla, kerala. I am the first person to enter the office and i returned from 11.30 am after giving the mobile. They told me they will inform the position of mobile immediately. But they didn't inform me anything yet. I tried to contact them several time and they told me to wait for a minutes. But they don't response yet i contacted 10 times. Having serial number 4088478 on 14 march 2017
But no one came for installation. for 3 days.they r jst talking rudely...you are a reputed brand..and u cannot harass your customer like this.
