It is very sad that I am bringing this matter to you regarding the post sale service experience. I am extremely disappointed that Sony India is unable to provide the solution to its existing customer and due to this I am forced to incur additional cost for buying a new product. I have received an email from Sony only after raising multiple requests to the service center and service center requested Sony care to reply. Sony care is also not following the trail email and may want to avoid the real issue
I am struggling to get my product repaired and instead of providing the solution they are asking customers to incur more cost. If Sony is not having a spare part for product repair, do they always ask customers to buy a new product by incurring the cost of the product?
Request you to please look into my request below in the trail email. Expecting a positive solution to my request/issue as soon as possible. I have also raised the concern by calling customer care and below is the details:

Its been more than one month since I am struggling to get the resolution, I tried to send the email to service head as well but did not get any reply. no one is hearing any complaints in Sony as they have stopped dealing in television and trying to stretch the issue so that customer himself give up.
