Myself Amit Sharma, I have Xperia Z - ultra Phone, i have purchased on March'2014, Which screen have damage 2nd time in last 10 Month, 1st Time is has been covered under damage warranty, new refurbish set free of cost has been provided after about 2 Months by "Sony Service Center(Technocare solutions) - Mobile in Lajpat Nagar 2, South Delhi, Delhi, E - 17, Central Market, 110024"
Now on 31st Jan 2015, i have re submitted my screen damage set (Set is working Condition) to the same service center, They told me hat they will charged 10500/- for repairing cost and they will given me other refurbish set in 10 days. Today 11th Feb 2015 i had call service center they told me that they have not generated any ticket for the same and it will take another 2 month for deliver the refurbish set also want a bill copy on their e mail id, i have given a photo state of bill on 31st Jan 2015.
I do not carry a bill copy for xperia z ultra and i have softly spoken to him but they told me that i have to pay full 22500/- of amount for refurbish xperia z ultra and set will be deliver in 4 to 5 months.
Today 11th Feb, they have generated ticket after 12 days on behalf of my call when i have remembered him about the status of my cell phone.

I have manually generated receipt when i have deposit my cell on 31st Jan 2015.
Please let me know what is the policy to charge the amount for xperia z ultra phone which is only 10 months old phone and have only screen damage (Set is in working condition)
And what is the TAT for delivering.
