We have purchased sony smart led tv: klv40w562d. 13 november 2016 from vijay sales noida. After completion of one year. There is a problem occur in the television that speakers not working when sony agent visit he checked the led there is an issue in the motherboard. So we asked him to change the motherboard. So we changed it in around 7500 included all charges. Again after completion of 7 month when we are trying to on the led there is power in the led. When we placed the complaint with sony, that agent has found the same problem with the motherboard we need to change. We are requesting to sony please look into this matter. If your model has such issues then why you are launching. Now i got to know why you people gave one year warranty. I need immediate action.
