Sony India — Sony tv Model #(KLV W562D) Not Working | |||||
I have purchased a Sony tv Model #(KLVW562D) on 9th Apr, 2016 in Sathya Agencies, Perambur. We found a issue on 3rd may, 2016. I raised a complaint (Complaint # J[protected] and they resolved the issue after 45 days..However, we have faced the same issue on 26, sept 2016 and the complaint # J62396426. Its been more than 3 month that the issue still not be rectified and im not getting proper response from the customer care office as well. They were repeatedly taking the complaint (Complaint #s J63222620 dt 21 oct, 2016, J63345316 dt 26th, Nov 2016) but none of the complaint was rectified, It's been more than 8 months since i purchased the TV, Hardly i have used only 1 month. I request you to replace the TV else refund the money. Is this the way Sony treating the Customers. I am really fed up with your customer support and the product.
