Sony India — sony tv red blinking issue

I purchased sony bravia led tv last year april (2017), and within 10 months it started giving red light blinking issues. Not getting powered on at all. I have called customer care many times but no positive feedback has been provided till yet.
People buy such big and expensive brands because of its quality and if this kind of quality and service has been provided then whats the need to go for such expensive brands.
