Sony India — sony tv repair-complaint registered-under warranty-pathetic service/ response-humiliating customer | |||
Hi, Greetings. I was a hard core fan of sony products & with that feel i bought a sony tv kdl w 55 800 d in the month of may 2017. All was well till saturday i. E 09/12/17 afternoon. But in the evening tv stopped working & complaint had been registered. I was in constant touch with sony impatient customer care guys from saturday & was told that the problem will be resolved in 2 working days. Unfortunately no one bothered to visit or call. To my shock they informed that they have technical internal issues at their end & decided to take 2 more working days to resolve the issue. Is this the way a professional company like sony works towards customer satisfaction. The worst part is that the customer care had disconnected the call in the middle which is a shameful act.
