Sony India — Sony Vaio Laptop | |||||
Sony is worst, pathetic, disgusting. Even the customer care centers are worst... I have Sony Vaio laptop purchased in 2013 end and I got it repaired in 2014 then 2015 and now it is in the worst situation. I don't think there is any laptop which will stop working in 1 or 2 years. Its built quality is cheap and hardware also. My laptop is now 180 degrees, front panel is broken, DVD player doesn’t work and it doesn't start without charging it and it never fell down or something like that. I went to Sony customer care Kolkata and they said we can’t repair it and we don’t have a part. I told them you can take 10-15 days and send it to the company and answer to that was it’s of no use we can’t repair it. If the company cannot repair the product then who can? I was not expecting this from Sony. Even I had a phone and 1 Sony camera both the gadgets stopped working in a year. I don’t know Sony has issues with me or they just have marketing skills.
