My Sony Vio Laptop model no. VPCEB16FG/WE1 was handed over to your PATNA SERVICE CENTRE ON 26-11-14 vide Job No. J42967712. It was told that MOTHER BOARD is to be changed. But, even after a lapse of one and half month, the centre is unable to deliver. The complain thro' toll free no.[protected] was done thrice but every time it was assured by miss Shradha tocomplete the jobWithin 2 days but no result. Pl. look in to the matter urgently.
