Sony India — sony w800d 55 inch led tv - continuous issues

I purchased sony w800d 55 inch led tv in june 2017 for a price of 1, 10, 000 from lotus electronics in bhopal. It had been just over 2 year when i had my first issue in oct 2019 where i was not able to start the tv, it seemed to be stuck on the boot. On contacting sony support, they told that the only option is a motherboard change - which costed me 13, 000 in total. I got it changed by the authorized sony service center. Just after 1 month in nov 2019, i had my second issue, this time half the screen is showing blue. On again contacting sony, their technician is saying that it's again a hardware glitch with the picture tube and it will cost me additional 14, 000 rs to get it fixed.

From a top brand like sony, and spending 1, 10, 000 i did not believe i will have to throw in 30, 000 rs in servicing just in a period of over 2 years. Please look into my complaint as this seems to be a defective product issue.
