Good evening, this is to inform u that i bought sony dvd last year under warranty. I regret that while using such a good brand went through with loading defect during warranty period in the mean time i went to city electronics, under sony authorisation centre madurai. During inspection they informed me that its lens needs to changed, they did so and they did not cost me anything. Now after using three months again it happened with same loading defect, then again it was checked by an engineer, it became normal in function, but now they called me that i need to pay around 2800. Now i request u to kindly look into the matter and give them instructions that not to be rude with customers, which they have done to me. Plz sort out the matter without big issues and be relevant in future.

It is not good to show such adds in between FAMILY programs of condoms and sex.

Please say them to stop showing this adds.
Main power light is stable on the led as usual. Led is not starting with remote. i think there is problem with the remote.no display is shown from yesterday.kindly do the needful to resolve our problem

    I hv purchased one sony tv from elektrokraft jamshedpur on 06112019 and it was installed on the same date but while watching tv in the late evening we observed that it needs to be lowered and slightly shifted towards left a reinstallation request was made in the customer care who said that it will be done free of cost till 1 month from the date of purchase request id 57103587 but the service technician told that i hv to pay for it and he cancelled my request without taking any confirmation from me later i spoke to senior supervisor at customer care who logged one more request 57213756 confirming that service will be given within 48 hrs and free of cost but again technician called me and told that i can call wherever i like but service will be chageable why should i suffer due to the company policy and its incompetence to handle the service division please let me know when will i get service and whether it will be chargeable bor free of cost it is matter of regret that sony has such a poor service for its customers

    As Per The Policy Installation Will Provided Free Of Cost For A Single Time..
    Cause, Re-Installation Is Chargeable..
    You Can Also Avail Re-Installation Service If Same Technician Is Available In Your Area..
    You Can Request Him To Do It Briefly..
    If You Want Re-Installation For This You Will Charge Nominally Like 100-200/- Maximum..

      I have purchased sony tv model kd 55x7002g on 06112019 and it was installed on the same day however when we sat down in the late evening watching the tv program we thought that the height needs to be lowered and the tv needs to be shifted towards the left spoke to sony customer care and raised a reinstallation request on[protected] and was told by the customer care that it will be done free of cost within one month of purchase as per company policy but the service technician calling me and telling that i have to pay charges i said that as per the customer care it is free of cost but he rudely told that you can talk wherever you want to but it will be done only if i pay for it my request id was cancelled by the service centre without taking any confirmation from me then i spoke to senior supervisor of customer care who raised one more request 57213756 and reassured me that technician will visit me after calling and it will be done free of cost but technician called me and said that it will be done only if i agree to pay for it now i want to know whether it will be done or not and whether free of cost why should a customer suffer just because the company does not have any control over its service division

        I sent my Xperia xz Premium for repair under warranty to service centre on 12.10.2019, bearing order no. W[protected]. Now it's well over one month but nobody is telling me how much time it may take. I wrote mails to their support email and their ceo but got no reply from them in 4 days. Their Facebook page is also silent. Please guide me what to do.
        Another serious complaint, Sony customer care executive Mr. Raghav today went on obstructing me from speaking continuously and even refused to forward my call to his higher authority despite my repeated insistence. Where to complain about this stubborn approach taken by Sony customer care?

          Purchased noy less than 5 yrrs. Service engineer says parts not available for display. Company stopped manufacturing. Hence tv cannot be brought to condition. He suggest us to buy a new one. Very sorry to hear that how sony can stop manufacturing parts for tvs still in market. Such creditable brand whom we have been relying from generations is making us upset of choosing this brand any more.

            I have cheated by headphonearea.com. As i ordered the. Sony bluetooth ear phone along with the bose headphones.. But when i received the parcel through the xpressbees courier.. I found only jbl head phones.. This is so ridiculous service by you... I want to return the parcel.. Kindly refund the amount. As soon as possible.. Revert back.. Or else i have to file a cheating case against your company. So please either deliver the correct product or refund my money...

              Sir i ordered sony headphone and earbuds but i received jbl local headphone with wire. I payed 1650 rs and mrp on that jbl headphone is 749 rs. My request is kindly refund my money or give me right order which i have ordered

                That complaint attended on 9th nov'19, service engineer taken rs. 1000 advance for defective parts
                Still problem unattended got response from repair center that part not available in stock.
                My request please ask your repair center to keep such a common parts in their stock so customer not suffer

                My two month old Sony TV panel was dead. After booking a complaint customer care, executive took the tv to Vijayawada from my town.. JOB ID J92194943 they repaired and sent back after two weeks.. but the dome and mirrors are not fixed properly.. the screen now has white light patches in the picture.. I want them to change the screen again..

                  Sir/medam i have given above mentioned product to sanika enterprises, vijayapura 586101 for service on 24-10-19. They have sent the product for replacement. Yesterday i visisted the service center then i came to know that the product has arrived. But no service center person called me regarding arrival of product. Sir i request you this is not proper way to communicate with the customer. Kindly suggest them to improve their service formalities. We love sony product only because of their quality and service. If you fail to provide us happy service then it may drag us towards other product. I hope you will suggest your service personnel to improve in your regard. Thank you...

                    I have purchase sony led tv model no. 43d752d in 20.02.2017. At that time 2 years warranty include in the led +2 year warranty sold writing in the led covet at the time the dealer not advice me. On 02.11.2019 the led tv not working. On complain the sony service. The sony service send his people to find out the problem. The sony service people see the led tv & he report the sony service "led tv panel is damage & estimate price" rs. 21, 864/-. 2 years extention warranty i. E. The deal problem. Because he does not advice me. How can i do. Please help me.

                      sony w800d 55 inch led tv - continuous issues

                      I purchased sony w800d 55 inch led tv in june 2017 for a price of 1, 10, 000 from lotus electronics in bhopal. It had been just over 2 year when i had my first issue in oct 2019 where i was not able to start the tv, it seemed to be stuck on the boot.                       I am a student of photography and it was my dream to purchase the Sony A7iii. And I realised my dream by saving up money and finally buying it on 6th November 2019. So it has been three days since bought it. However there’s a black dot on the sensor which I can see through the EVF and it’s clearly apparent on the LCD screen as well. I am afraid I got a bad piece. Can you please help me? I purchase it from SVR DIGITAL which is in koti, Hyderabad, Telangana. I really trusted Sony as an excellent camera brand and a pioneer in technology. I spent all my saving on this and am right now sad. Please help me and tell me what is the best thing to do.                         We have purchased sony led bravia vide model no. Klv 32 r 482b in jan'15 and registered a complaint of blur screen and blinking red / green light on 2nd nov vide complaint no. 56999888 which has been attended by sony customer care on 5th nov'19 after lot of follow up. After inspection technician told us that there is a problem in panel which needs to be replaced and will get a call from service center regarding cost of replacement of panel. I am very much disappointed that there is no call received from sony customer center and when we follow up over phone it was told that the said model has been discontinued and will not get any new panel for replacement and advised us to buy a new led tv on 30% discount.

                        The statement of sony service center is quite shocking and unacceptable at all. Not able to understand how come sony as a reputed company sell the product w/o maintaining spares and how suddenly such problems arises which put a question mark on the product quality and after sales service. Even this was not told at the time of purchase that this model will be discontinued and spares will not be available otherwise i would definitely gone to any other brand.

                        We as a medium class family bought first led tv by saving our hard earn money, month on month basis with a faith on sony and never expect such kind of problem at the time of purchase.

                        The statement of sony service center to buy a new tv is very easy and never think how a medium class person will arrange money for the same and why only 30% cost to be deducted at the time of new led tv purchase and why i should trust sony further.

                        I think there is no transparency kept at the time of selling products by sony and keep costumers in dark to sell their product just like that, which is a case of cheating and breach of trust to a reputed company like sony.

                        I urge consumer forum and sony company to get my tv repaired at a reasonable rate as it will be very painful for me and my family to incur the cost for a new tv.

                          We bought sony bravia 55inch tv 5 yrs back. When we were in a market for tv, we had multiple brands in mind mainly sony, samsung and lg. We finally went with sony by trusting the brand but regretting the decision now. Sony used to be reliable brand a decade ago but not anymore. I used to see lot of sony products around in the past but i hardly see them now and there is a reason for that. I wish i should have done some research before buying. Anyway, 5 years back ii bought my 55 inch bravia for around 1.5lakhs (Which has a webcam and 3d support). After 5 years, it now displays black vertical line width of 1cm across the center of the screen. We contacted sony support and a technician came home, diagnosed the problem and said that we have to replace the screen which will cost us around 55, 000. Really sony? We can buy a new 4k tv by spending that amount. After seeing the quality of your products and the customer service do you think people are stupid to trust your products again? Lesson learned. I would never buy or recommend any of my friends to buy any sony products.

                            I had purchased sony led television; model kd-43x7500e, sr no3002510 in nov 2017 from reliance digital, r-city mumbai.

                            We all know that sony is a reputed brand name in electronics market. We buy sony products because sony is the name of trust and it promises best quality & service.
                            My family has always trusted sony for its high quality products and customer satisfaction oriented approach.

                            Astonishingly in this costly tv of 66k, soon after the warranty period expired, horizontal lines appeared.
                            Sony is international no.1 brand and it has got a problem in just 2 years, unbelievable!

                            I have referred websites, so many people having same problem.
                            Which means theses days even brand like sony is concentrating on amassing money in turn compromising with quality. It is now useless to go for any expensive branded products like sony.
                            We are buying sony products and paying more amounts, because of reliability, good support, unbeatable picture quality.
                            How ever it seems now we are being cheated.

                            If you are reading this, i would suggest, do not go for any sony brand. You can google and find hundreds of similar complains as above.
                            Think before wasting your hard earned money.

                            I have purchased Sony KD-43X7500E two years back. Now screen appearing with horizontal line and when I contact Sony quoting Me 14000 rupees charge for repair(saying part to be replaced). Display is the main content in TV that’s the reason I choose Sony but Sony is saying no guarantee on electronic components, may lead to defective any time or next minute after warranty.
                            I agree too on no guarantee on electronic products may spoil any time but not with in short period That too an international brand company. Also Sony doesn’t have answers to customer queries except saying warranty expired and I strongly object this is just fraudulent manufacture assembled with cheap electronic components and high cost selling price by tagging Sony brand name

                              I bought a sony 50 tv on 26.10.2019 and complained on 31.10.2019 that the service engineer has not arrived to instal the tv set. I am sorry to inform that nobody has turned up on the issue till date.

                              I once again request you to take up the matter and to resolve the issue immediately. Failing which, i shall be forced to take up the matter to the consumers redressal forum, which you please note.

                                I bought sony mdr 650 bt less than a year ago.
                                Thanks to its delicate hinges, they got broke within 6 months o[censored]sage.

                                I reached sony service center s. B. Electronics thane-400607 and they say that this specific model can not be repaired by sony as per sony india. It was really shocking to know that you provide after sale support specific to product. Is this what we get in return of brand loyalty. I have been using sony for years now and first time i had to visit the service center just to witness such a poor support.
                                While earphones are still on sale everywhere why repair is not being provided?

                                Now the option service center is giving is that they will provide new headphones with some discount. Why should i buy new ones while my earphones are working perfectly with just hinges broke.

                                Really disappointed with sony service. Kindly guide me the way forward.

                                  I have bought sony led android 43" tv [model kd 43x7500f] 4k on 11.11.2019 from bharat electronics & appliances [bea], coimbatore. I choose this product because of the sony is the best brand compared to other tv brands in world wide. But with in 11 months the tv is got repaired on 26.09.2019. I am really shocked about the quality of a product from sony. I made a complaint about the repair using sony toll free number for complaint registering. The complaint is taken care by my district service centre [sharon electronics, erode]. The service engineer initially identify that the power adapter board has not working, he said that the board need to order and it will take one week time. I said ok for the service engineer request. After that the service engineer came for replacing the old board by new ordered board. Again he said that the another board is also get repaired so again i have to order the board and it will takes one more week time. For this also i said ok, after a week the service engineer told that the tv need to call back to the service centre for replacing the board and we have to test the tv with long run. Everytime i need to call service centre and ask like when you will finish the repair? When you will dispatch the tv? But still the tv is not dispatched to my home. If i ask any question to them, they said the repair is over but we are not able to dispatch the tv because of vehicle is not available. And also they said due to raining we are not able to send the vehicle. Still i have not get received my tv. Finally it shows that sony is selling the poor quality/defective parts to the customer and no proper communication from sony service centre. I am totally disappointed about sony reputation. Hereafter i will not recommend to anyone for purchasing sony products.

                                      I have purchased sony led. The issue has come in vertical line has occur. Now my family creating an issue that why i have purchased such a product. I would request you that i have purchased such a costly product with this thought & faith that i am buying the best company product in the world. I would request you to please replace the led so that i should not having any regret to buy sony products in my life. Hope you will understand the feeling of your reputed customer.

                                      Display is not working, only sound working.
                                      I lodged a complain no 56637575 before 10days that after replacement of screen the TV is does not show the pictures although it gives sound. Also called him but he did not visit it.
                                      Kindly do the needful...
