SMART SERVICES JOB NO : 14F16004, Dear Sir/Mam, Please note that I have launched a complaint on 15.06.2014 and the engineer from Smart Services visited on 16.06.2014 to service my SONY WEGA which was running without visual from 15.05.2014.As per the job sheet it is suspected to have an IC defect but as per the service centre they are yet to get the IC. Request you to please take this matter seriously and do the troubleshooting as earliest possible as we are basically running without a television. I am really sorry to say that no feedback was given regarding the updated status and after calling this feedback was shared. Really shocked that a company like Sony is taking so much time to service the product. Requesting the concerned to please take care of the situation as earliest. Thanks ...
