I brought the mobile phone on 9 may 2017
I had complain about automatic silant and automatic sound increased in call... I had complain this about in customer care on 20 may 2017 they said it's software problem... And same complain is repeat again and on 27 may 2017.. I went to customer service again they said that they given to the head quarters... Since i did not got the phone

Im buying led tv on[protected]...i received my product...and sony service([protected]) calling for me..im coming with in 4hr telling for me...bet 10hr over..im calling 10 times for sony service bet not answering the call..plg provide servicer for me
Im not satisfied for sony services...

I had a complaint on tv service..they did not response at phone call ...after three days i written this issue..very bad and not response to customer..madurai sony tv service centre..is this branded company?i have a doubt at it...
This phone Sony XA1 is very pathetic, very bad. I bought this brand new phone on 8th May 2017 and after 10 days it's touch got problems, it stopped working and there appeared a burning yellowish patch in the display. Moreover Sony's Service is very very poor. Zero customer service, I then went to service center, employees there were rude, denied for product replacement, said that display will be changed and it will take at least 7 days, even they do not provide any standby phone. When I called the service centre to know my phone status, their reply was that they don't have mobile phone parts, so it will take extra 2-3 days. I'm now stuck in very bad situation, what should I do...
Please help me genuinely, don't just reply for sake of replying.
