Sir / Madam, A Sony Xperia C5 Black cell phone with ser No and IMEI No as[protected] and [protected] respectively, was bought vide the bill No 6690 dt 07 Jan 2016 from M/s Raj Musico, Agra. It has since been about 07 months; and we have been COMPELLED to visit the 'service centre' at M/s Ankur Care Center, MG Road, Agra, for not less than EIGHT times - or even more - owing to the incessantly cropping up of FAULT after FAULT in the aforesaid cell phone out of the range of products from your company. The latest LATEST 'fault' has been booked with the above stated service centre vide the service ID [protected] and job ID W1-[protected] dt 13 Aug 2016 due to a) inoperative OUTGOING voice, b) hung touch screen, and c) inability to be connected to TV. It is nagging & extremely disgusting that a product of Xperia range from Sony, out of SUBSTANTIAL cost, could be of such 'inferior' quality that keeps on bothering the user with one or another issue all through the INITIAL 08 months. What are we to anticipate thereafter when the 'warranty period' gets OVER ? One fourth of the of the time of possession of the product has been spent in parting away with the product at the service centre ! Henceforth, we will NEVER heed to any suggestion of recommendation for Sony cell phones. Besides, the attendants at the service centre would not listen to the customer's grievances - and instead EDUCATE them more on the experience that the customer would intend to share with. The attendants NEED to be a little patient as well as polite. Kindly reconcile, and ensure, that hereafter it will NOT be mandatory for us to keep on visiting the Sony Service Centre repeatedly and frequently. The cell may be retained for a reasonably extended period; to be returned with a SOLID GUARANTEE of 'sustained hassle free' service to the convenience of the user, please. Thanking you. I bought sony led tv 32'' on 20th july 2015, it got damaged 10 days back only, means it got damaged after 10 days of warranty, i paid 30000 for 1 year.very disappointed, i think they only designed for 1 year, you never win customer hearts by using terms and conditions, picture tube got damaged, its worth very costly, what would i do now
