Dear Sir, I have purchased the aforesaid “Sony Xperia M Dual Sim Purple” on 21/11/2013 (Invoice enclosed). Later on, in the month of June 2014, I have experienced the following problems: 1. Mic (Mic stops working). 2. Speaker (Speaker sound becomes noisy). 3. Power Button Problem. For the aforesaid problems with my handset I had visited your Sony Authorised Service Center named “Ankur Care Center”, Church Road, Civil Lines, Agra (Uttar Pradesh) on 19th June 2014 (Copy of Job Sheet dtd. 19/06/2014 enclosed) & I was told the problems will we rectified by upgrading the software of handset, so I got it upgraded by them. But after using the handset for some time I again observed that the problems were not yet rectified. As a result I again visited the aforesaid Service Center & informed them about the problem & my previous visit regarding the same problems. This time also they kept my phone (Copy of Job Sheet dtd. 06/09/2014 enclosed) & told me the problems will be rectified this time. After 8 days they called me & gave me the handset assuring me that the problems are solved. But again the same problem is being repeated. Now, I would also like to inform you that both the times no standby handset was issued to me for the time being. Also, its not possible to surrender the handset again & again. Hence, I would request you to kindly replace my handset as early as possible. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this email. An early action shall be highly appreciated.
