Sir: i purchased sony xperia m imei no ([protected]) on 14th of december 2014. My xperia m died suddenly 2 days ago. I had already got the jack repaired from authorized sony service center with in a year of purchase. The device was submitted to the authorized sony service center (Jp electronics-jp2/fy16-06/0000202) on 27th june 2016.
As per inspection at the service center i am told that the motherboard of my device has become dysfunctional. I am surprised, given the quality assurance of sony, that the device has experienced sudden death despite of careful handling and usage with in 1 and half year of time.
I had not expected such a performance from the products of a globally renowned company. I expect some positive consumer friendly approach from the company, either to repair my device or give some suitable compensation. Was this information helpful? |
