Sony India — Sony xperia m5 dual smartphone auto off just after 10 days of purchase | |||||
Dear sir/madam, My name is anupam das gupta from vishakapatnam, andhra pradesh. I purchased sony xperia m5 dual smartphone for rs.25000 from sony Center, sai balaji enterprises vizag on 25.06.2016. Submitted at authorized service center innovative technologies vizag on 23.07.16, while its in warranty period, by only using just for 10 days the Handset started showing severe problems of auto off & while submitting For complaint never really starting. I was told for 15 days of delivery time, now that its almost 30 days What is the status of my handset. When enquired at customer care they are telling its waiting for the Hardware spare. A company like sony if they cannot afford to have spare part of a Product why they are selling it in market. A company like sony if they know that the handset is having problem Why do they launch it in market. I want to have my handset at the earliest or else i will go to the Consumer court.
