This is to inform you that on 8 april 2016 purchased new sony xperia m5 mobile, after the date of purchased my mobile has been switched off immediately given a call to customer care they had informed that give a long press on on/off and volume button by doing that mobile was re started
Same problem i had faced morethan 5 times.
Day by day mobile brightness is getting low.
Volume is increasing by itself,
There is no clarity in camera.
No battery back up,
Mobile is getting hang,
Given my hand set to sony service centre on 22 july 2016 but till now they had not repaired and giving improper answer
