Sony India — Sony xperia xa dual (Mobile)

Have sony xperia xa dual which i bought six months ago. Touch screen is not properly working and it got some patches on screen. Have still six months warranty period. Went to kg sony service centre at coimbatore they saying some reason and cannot claim from warranty and need to pay 4500/-for changing display. Then y they saying warranty guaranty etc etc... Have attached bill copy kindly go through it and i need proper soluton. Thank you
