Sony India — Sony Xperia Z Ultra - Manufacturing Defect and poor Customer Service

Hi Team, Firstly, I am sorry that I bought a Sony device. I will never again make this mistake. I had used 2 Sony Ericson handsets in the past which I loved. Unfortunately, the Xperia Z Ultra that I bought was a waste, it broke its screen on its own. I had kept it for charging in the night, when I saw in the morning, it was broken. I know you will not agree that Sony Xperia Z Ultra phones have manufacturing defects. I am not going to beg for a replacement any more. When the service center gave me the option to replace it with a re-furbished phone, I regretfully and sorrowfully accepted the offer. I had submitted my phone at Vigneshwar Services Bangalore on 13/4/15. I have not received any call from them till now on the device that was given to them to replace with a re-furbished device.
