Sony India — sony xperia z3 complaint issue

I have submitted my xperia z3 at lucknow service centre on 29.08.2018. Now its been almost 1 month i till date the status of my handset is work in progress. My only complaint was regarding the battery of my handset.
As everyone know that the sony after sales service is the worst in the industry but never expected this.
