Dear. Sir I have inform you that i will purchase my sony bravia tv on your authorised dealer on year 2010. Now my problem is when we open my tv watching it then suddenly volume is disconnected & then connected this way we have not watching properly. One more thing you resolve my problem on phone call or arrange technition by company please inform me. So kindly request you to please resolve my problem as soon as possible immediately.
