Sony India — status of my complaint

Kindly update me the status of my following complain.

My problem is since 2nd feb and till date it is not resolved and i am not getting answer for the same.

Yesterday i had talk with mr. Hemant parmar, as per him will revert by eod but till time i haven't got any message. I had called him but but he is telling mail comes from delhi.

Let me know the status
