I am trying to cancel the subscription from last month june 2020 and as well from may 2020.
I am subscribed with number [protected]
When i click on my purchases and go to subscription and click on cancel, there is no message coming that the subscription is cancelled. However, i am getting a message 2nd of every month, that the subscription will be auto renewed on 4th. This is brutal. When i cancel the subscription in the new version of the app, it says "oops cannot find the source" i cannot reach the customer care as well. You are charging me 300 every month without my confirmation and not allowing me to cancel the subscription as well.
Resolution:
I need the subscription to be cancelled immediately and i never wanted to be charged. Was this information helpful? |
