The above TV set purchased by me at Rs.40000/-from co, s Authorised dealer Sahu Agencies Pvt.Ltd., gomti nagar Lucknow Doc. No.[protected] dt.03/07/2018, blinking of picture from from begining there was no follow up even on phone by dealer or cos' customer care centre to know working of product.There was no feed back card to be sent to co.when dealer man asked for the same he blame fluctuation in electric supply .0n 17/07/2018 TV stopped functioning .After complaints and efforts their engineer came in night even after attaching the plug the picture did not appear he blame us for making external injury to display panel we refuted the charge immediately as he himself installed TV at very safe place out of normal approach besides there are only couple in the house and when other sony product viz. sound system, old TV, laptop working in good condition his charge is baseless .This has happened due to hidden small damage expanded now.But he submitted false report suitable to his employer.After complaints &persuasion co.agree to repair display panel but not to replace the TV which we are insisting for safety of our life &property from fire by retaining defective unit. product 8D No.18975201 srl.no.8009047 1year warranty Was this information helpful? |
