Sir / mam, i purchased sony xperia xa f3116 from chadha mobile house which located at near bhagat singh chowk, jalandhar on dated[protected]. On very next day i was start facing some problems in my phone. Within two days i went to sony service point jalandhar and the technical person update my phone and make me sure that it will work correctly but next day the problems are still in phone. I again went to service point and request to replace my phone. They accept and issue a doa to me. I received a new phone in same model, color on[protected]. I don't know why but the phone was changed but problem were same. I went to service point and they updated it even after updation the problems are there.
I send a legal notice to the service point at jalandhar which i demand that give a phone replace or exchange or back me money including damages.
